You can currently e-file non-fee related documents into existing cases.  If you wish to file fee-based documents into an existing case or to file a new case, you have two options for filing: 1) file in hard copy with the clerk at one of the locations below; or, 2) fax file to (206) 205-8440 during normal business hours.  Note: be sure to comply with GR17.

To file your documents please first complete the information below.  Then attach this page to your documents for filing, if filing by fax or in hard copy. 

If you file in hard copy, you should be prepared to pay any necessary filing fees at the time of filing.  If you fax file and there is a filing fee associated with your filing, you will be billed by the Clerk’s office.  Note: the “fax filing fee” does not apply under these circumstances.
